Users must agree to the following conditions when submitting requests:

• Vehicle must be legally parked
• All requests must be submitted prior to 3:00 am
• All information provided on this form must be accurate
• Excessive requests may be subject to denial at the discretion of the Chief of Police
• Vehicle must be removed from the street if the roads become snow covered (Haworth Borough Ord. 7-14)

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the issuance of a summons.
